Community Wellness Response Team (CWRT)

CWRT is a community-based alternative to law enforcement response for mental health or substance use related crisis calls. BACS receives calls and dispatches a Mental Health Response Team to respond to community crisis calls for urgent support, de-escalation, and linkage.

Crisis Navigation Program

Crisis Navigation Program supports people exiting crisis hospitalization to navigate the behavioral health system of care to stabilize and meet ongoing needs (housing/shelter, vocational, legal, benefits, substance use treatment, etc.) in the community.

RENEW

Full Service Partnerships support partners in every aspect of their life, breaking systemic mental health, housing, and community barriers. FSPs help people achieve lasting mental health stability through community support, rather than relying on expensive, uncoordinated inpatient and emergency services. Recovery, Engagement, Navigation, Empowerment and Wellness (RENEW) serves people ages 18+ who are have a serious mental health condition and who are justice involved.

• Get Connected: All people served by RENEW must be referred through the justice system. Interested people should speak with their parole officer or probation officer.

THRIVE Outpatient

Transformative, Healing, Renewing, Inclusive, Voice, Empowerment (THRIVE) Outpatient program provides strengths-based, recovery and restorative justice-oriented, time-limited, and focused individual and group behavioral health services. We assist with behavioral health and community re-integration needs, accessing benefits, building community, and stepping down to lower levels of involvement with the system of care.

Camellia Village

Camellia Village is a deeply affordable permanent housing community in downtown Sacramento. BACS has partnered with Anthem to house Anthem Medi-Cal members in 42 beautiful studio apartments set up for independent living.
