Inner Sounds Meditation is celebrating its 5 year anniversary! This sound bath meditation event is honoring Melissa’s father, who suffered and tragically died from severe mental illness, and experienced homelessness and other challenges throughout his life.

This Tribute event is a special sound bath with 100% of the proceeds supporting Bay Area Community Services (BACS) in our mission to address mental health and homelessness in our community. This workshop will include a beautiful soundscape, community gathering, and a silent auction.

Inner Sounds Meditation

Inner Sounds Meditation, founded by Melissa Felsenstein, uses specially tuned, high-quality meditative instruments to create an immersive sensory concert of sound and vibration for deep physical rest, balanced nervous system, and a sustained mental calm.  No yoga is practiced, simply lay back and experience sound.  Melissa has 10 years of experience and shares the gift of sound through a variety of public and private events in the San Francisco Bay Area. Melissa used sound as therapy to break through a vicious cycle of anxiety and depression after her father fell severely mentally ill, was incarcerated, and homeless.
