Our Berkeley North County Housing Resource Center proudly hosted its second Women’s Wellness Workshop. The event featured esteemed guests from Rising Sun, WORLD, Community Kitchen Labs, and Alameda Family Justice Center. Attendees not only left feeling empowered but also took away valuable resources and delightful goodie bags.

Special shout-out to Ixayanne Baez, our Medical Compliance Supervisor, for bringing the vibrant spirit of Mardi Gras to Hayward.
Staff were pleasantly surprised with beignets, music, and the engaging history behind this lively cultural celebration.
The decorations, photo booth, and props added an extra touch of festivity to the day.
Pleasanton’s Valley Wellness Center celebrated Valentine’s Day with a heartwarming “Self Care is Self Love” event. The day featured free food from A Little Taste of Culture, a Vaccine Clinic supported by Healthcare for the Homeless, Nutrition Workshop from Community Kitchen Labs, and engaging self-care activities.
It was a day filled with love, laughter, and a focus on overall well-being. Kudos to the Valley Wellness Center team for orchestrating such a memorable celebration.
