BACS’ Hope Intervention Program (HIP) has been awarded the 2016 Alameda County Mental Health Board Community Service Award in the category of Promising Innovative Program. According to the Mental Health Board Awards Committee, “the HIP Program exemplifies the spirit of our community service awards.”
The Hope Intervention Program is one of our Prevention & Early Intervention programs, which provide brief services for individuals exiting inpatient hospital stays, or experiencing early-stage behavioral health issues, who need support to prevent relapse and promote well-being.
This award is an exciting honor for our team, and we are so grateful for the opportunity to continue to support our community. Congratulations to our wonderful HIP team members!
